This application will tell users the last time that a given page on 
your web site has been updated.  Installation is simple.  Just copy 
and paste the code into your web page where you want the timestamp to 
appear and it is done!

This script has been tested with Netscape, IE and Opera browsers.  It 
works well on all.  However, the update time will show up in GMT time with 
Opera.  Also, most Java Scripts tend not to work well within SHTML and PHP 
web pages.
